I totally agree. Everyone should know.... Every doctor, every social worker, every teacher, every probation officer, every addiction psychiatrist, every everyday psychiatrist.. Every one including the teen who bags the groceries at the grocery store and not just know it for children but for adults too.  Adults really need that comfort and understanding that what happen to them as a kid was wrong (at least the terrible stuff that happened to many of us) and it allows those lucky enough not to have these horrible experiences to understand that someone you are interacting with may have suffered trauma. I really want parents to understand that what they do around or to their kids when it is scary or frightening or makes you cry and feel all alone and scared to death  is really bad for kids brain health and body health and can actually be a life sentence without knowledge.
