I completely agree! I've actually lost sleep over this, and have made a personal pledge to take more time to find a much greater diversity of experts, thought-leaders, therapists, and parents. I realized my own circles are woefully non-diverse. I would welcome suggestions for future guests. Thank you for your comment.
