This foundation workshop is designed for the new supervisor.  This workshop will explore supervisory styles, competencies of trauma-informed supervision, and effective responses to burn-out, moral distress, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. Russo, MA, is a licensed addiction counselor, a certified clinical supervisor, and a certified co-occurring disorders professional who has worked in the addiction and mental health field for the past 30 years.
