PACEs in Pediatrics

Hi Everyone.  We know several pediatric practices are screening for ACEs in the Pediatric Office. For example there is

1. The Children's Clinic in Portland, Oregon

2. The Center for Youth Wellness in San Francisco

3. Jane wrote a blog on this:

So what I would like to ask is specifically for thoughts by members of ACEs in pediatrics on how best to do this, how can we train ourselves to feel more comfortable addressing ACEs issues, what resources do you feel could help you be able to do this in your office or if you aren't a pediatrician, how you would feel if you pediatrician broadened the scope to care for the social/emotional needs of kids and families.  Thanks
