Now in its 15th year, the Because I Care Fair is a collaboration between the CSU Institute for Palliative Care at CSUSM in partnership with CSUSM Faculty and Students, the County of San Diego HHSA-Aging and Independence Services, Meals on Wheels North County, North County Health Services, North County Interfaitih Community Services, Southern Caregiver Resource Center, and The Elizabeth Hospice.
