I am looking to create a program audit or checklist that can be brought and applied to various programs to highlight the strengths and gaps in implementing the brain science of adversity to the forefront of their work. I have seen some for a trauma informed school but I was wondering if anyone had ideas for one that spoke about the brain science such as making adjustments for executive functioning of clients etc.

Currently, I am completing a program based fellowship focusing on translating the brain science of adversity to practice with CUPS, an organization that assists low income families in the realms of health, education and housing. CUPS made a shift to apply the brain science and ACE research to the forefront of their work 5 years ago and I would like to see how exactly they have changed their praxis, how can we help other organizations do the same and how can CUPS improve.
