Looking for a side-by-side comparison tool of ACES-focused community models and approaches

We are in the process of an environmental scan and will share results of promising elements of programs, models, etc. in November. I am sorry I can't help right now, but am equally interested in these resources.

I'm working on creating a comparison tool to help a community group better understand and decipher the deluge of collective impact-oriented models as well as the stand-alone (population or setting-specific) approaches and strategies that may help make up the scaffolding within any model. I'm hoping to depict the various (mainstream) proprietary, national, and grass-roots models being deployed across U.S communities. I would also like to draw a distinction between models and intervention strategies. I've noticed these terms are sometimes (incorrectly) used interchangeably and it can lead to confusion.
