Our Resiliency Coalition is starting a movement to make our community of Homer, Alaska more resilient. In the near future we are hosting a Resiliency Run and distributing resiliency-promoting materials through the mail. We have been brainstorming short, effective messages to put on banners, bracelets, cover-letters, ect... We would love to hear any suggestions that the ACE's Connection community might have.
This is the rough brainstorm of relevant words and phrases we have so far:

If you have folks from tribes involved in your project, perhaps they have ideas of a word in their language? Sometimes they have words for things that we don't in English that might sum things up well.

 

Thanks for keeping Alaska strong... it's such a beautiful place with beautiful strong people...
