I completed a survey. Thanks for asking. I twice raised the issue of ACEs with the Quit Tobacco campaign at our local teaching hospital-where Dr. Felitti (who also wrote: "The Origins of Addiction: Evidence from the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study") went to medical school. They [Quit Smoking Staff] didn't want to discuss ACEs, but gave me 'Nicotine Gum'-which later 'yanked out' my dentures....
Bob...You could write a book, just by putting all your comments together. It's just incredible all the difficulties you've experienced on the way to a world that's just barely waking up. I hope you live long enough to enjoy some of the changes that are happening as we learn more about the profound implications of ACEs science!
