All Children Excel Nashville is proud to be the recipient of the inaugural United Way of Metropolitan Nashville Community Impact Award at this year’s Center for Nonprofit Management’s Salute to Excellence Awards (links to full article and a short video highlighting the work of the initiative). This award recognizes a cross-sector initiative working to alleviate poverty by impacting multiple dimensions of a system, including policy, practices, power dynamics, and relationships.

By promoting alignment across systems we can create lasting change to cultural norms that prevent and mitigate the lifelong impact of childhood adversity and ultimately improve the safety, health and prosperity of our community.
