The number of states completing ACE surveys at least once is now 32

10— Number of states participating in the ACE Interface Master Trainer Program516 master trainers now do presentations about ACEs science* in their communities.      74 — Number of organizations that have earned certification in the three-year Sanctuary Institute program.      340 — Number of organizations that have participated in the one-year National Council on Behavioral Health Trauma-Informed Learning Communities. (Ranging from 15 to 2,500 people in each organization brings the number to an estimated 100,000 people.)

2 — Number of Wikipedia pages about ACEs: the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study and the Adverse Childhood Experiences International Questionnaire.     2 — Number of resources on ACEs Connection Network for the ABC’s of ACEs and how organizations are putting them into practice — ACEs 101 on ACEsTooHigh, and ACEs 101 on ACEsConnection.      1,923,347 — Number of times “How childhood trauma affects health across a lifetime”, Dr. Nadine Burke Harris’ TED Talk, has been viewed. 

*That science includes the CDC-Kaiser Permanente ACE Study and subsequent ACE surveys and studies (epidemiology), how toxic stress affects the brain (neurobiology) and the body (biomedical research), and is passed from one generation to the next (epigenetics), and resilience research.
