Join Kristin Neff, Richard Davidson, Dan Siegel, and others for free Mindful Education Summit, Oct. 16-20

We are living in an exciting time when mindfulness is finally making its way into our children’s lives, even in the classroom. Students and teachers alike are learning to center themselves when they feel anxious, access their inner resources of support, and connect compassionately with others. But we are far from getting mindfulness practices into the hands of all teachers and students.

That’s why we are happy to share Mindful Education Summit 2019, a new free online event from our friends at The Awake Network and Mindful.org.

Whether you are a teacher, parent, administrator, therapist, or caretaker, this free online training is a resource to anyone interested in bringing mindfulness to children and youth.

This training includes over 25 top researchers, educators, and mindfulness experts including Richard Davidson, Patricia Jennings, Meena Srinivasan, Susan Kaiser Greenland, Daniel Siegel, Dzung Vo, Kristin Neff, Rick Hanson, Rona Wilensky, Amishi Jha and more!

These renowned presenters will be offering:

  • The best practices and most common pitfalls to avoid when bringing mindfulness into the classroom
  • Tools to create more calm, focus, and presence in your own life, and the resources to teach the next generation
  • Cutting edge research on mindfulness and social emotional learning for children, youth, and adults
  • Helpful resources for teachers who are experiencing the strain and pull of so many competing priorities
  • Case studies and interviews with the educators and administrators who are making it happen in classrooms and districts across the US
