NCTSN adds 'effects', 'assessment' of complex trauma sections to its web site

The National Child Traumatic Stress Network added two new sections to its section on complex trauma:

Assessment of Complex Trauma -- This section provides an overview, with a case study, plus detailed information for mental health professionals, other professionals, and families and caregivers.

Effects of Complex Trauma -- It provides brief descriptions of the effects of complex trauma on a wide range of areas, including attachment, body, brain, and economic impacts.

This information is useful to include in presentations or basic education, and has been added to the Presentations section of the ACEsConnection Resource Center.
