Resilience: The Biology of Stress...Film unavailable???

Marianne,  I think KPJR and Lynn Waymer may be flooded.  I emailed her to find out the order process (ie is there an order form or do I just send her our request by email,  payment options) and haven't heard back from her.  That was on 3/9.

This is the what they wrote to us in an email on Friday, March 6, 2020.

We are so sorry to share that our distributor, TUGG, unexpectedly went out of business.  Currently we are fulfilling orders for RESILIENCE and PAPER TIGERS internally.  You can work directly with me to license our both of our films.  Attached is our rate sheet and please email me with your order and any questions. I will then invoice you and you can pay the invoice online.  Shipment of DVD’s will happen immediately upon receiving payment.  

Customers who currently have TUGG’s streaming service will continue to have access to their feed.  Within the next month, we will transfer to another streaming service and will then begin again to license streaming services for both films and will announce our transition in the near future.

Wow, I didn't know this, either! We e-mailed them not too long ago, but didn't get a reply yet. This seems to explain that fact.
In the message above, there is mention of an attachment with rates. Can we find those rates somewhere, or could it be copypasted/printscreened here, maybe, or is the best route to get in touch with KPJR directly, you think...? Is KPJR flooded with messages now or do they respond quickly? ;-) Thanks for any info you may be able to provide!
(My screen here now gives the option of adding an attachment, so maybe if you have an attachment with rates, it can be added here?)
