Upcoming Free Webinars: Learn My Techniques That Help Heal Brain/Emotional Dysregulation

Periodically I offer free webinars to teach the techniques I’ve used for 25 years to heal brain dysregulation; I can show you how to use them too! The techniques involve a writing exercise, followed by a simple meditation. They can be helpful whether or not you have access to professional help. During these 45-minute webinars, I’ll give a quick tutorial and participants will have the chance to try the techniques as a group — plus I answer your questions!

Here’s a short video.

Anna, I look forward to the webinar. I am 69 years old and have been plagued with chronic adversity since childhood.I am successful in my personal and business pursuits but adversity continues on in my life and now having lost my second child out of my 5 children and having been hospitalized for two months with sepsis ,having seven surgeries and 8 blood transfusions ,I struggle daily to recover .It has been one year since I was released from the hospital and although I work out and eat healthy ,I cannot sleep at night and it is not as if I am thinking about the loss of my son who ended his life,I am just not able to sleep,it is difficult to concentrate and I am sleepy and weak all day. I find it difficult to break this cycle. I tried counseling and I feel like I am sentenced to the this life cycle of sleeplessness ,achy body, and not able to concentrate. I am kept alive by my pursuits in business and in writing. I am now writing my second book on my journey in life and finding this website has given me a sense of belonging and that I am not alone and am finding answers to my questions regarding my situation. The salient point for me is that I really know and understand what these traumatic and tragic events did to me so now does that mean this is who I now am ? This guy that spends the rest of my life struggling to live a normal life which I think will never happen but will I get some relief?

Hi Fred, I'm so sorry for all you've been through. I believe firmly that emotional healing is possible, even after big losses, even as we get older. So I have faith it can happen for you too. As for the webinars, there is only one way to find out if it's a good technique for you -- and that's to just give it a try! It's free and simple, so the most you can lose is 45 minutes of your time! Perhaps I'll see you there.
