Who are we? What's our interest in ACEs? Part 15

Here are another four responses from new members to a question about their interest in ACEs: Jeff Lawshe, Sue Mackey Andrews, Karen White, and Xochitl Salvador. Some of the responses are shortened, so there's a link to their pages to read more about them, friend them and/or send a message.

Jeff Lawshe, Seattle, WA -- Jeff works for a national child welfare foundation. One of its initiatives explores brain science and early childhood development, particularly as it relates to the experiences of children in foster care.

Sue Mackey Andrews, Dover Foxcroft, ME -- Sue is chair of the Maine Health Accountability Team, which promotes the prevention of ACEs statewide. She also participates in a regional childrens' advocacy council and a county economic development council to promote ACEs awareness in the business, industry and municipal areas.

Karen White, Gray, ME -- Karen is an infant/toddler specialist.

Xochitl Salvador, Chicago, IL -- Xochitl isΒ working on a community response to lowering ACEs on the westside of Chicago through a federal project called Illinois Project LAUNCH.
