Relax and simply listen along as you are accompanied by the imagery of a walk through a meadow and magical forest. This meditation is best enjoyed while lying down with your eyes closed and wearing headphones.
I’m having trouble with this. Maybe I’m not doing it right. It’s as if there is a thick glass wall between me and the meditation. I cannot get myself “into” the scene, but only observe it ... and, even so, I can’t make it look real, feel real, be solid, etc. I am not used to failing at being able to imagine something “really,” but it’s certainly happening now. For instance, I can’t even manage to get the “inner child” seeing me face-to-face; she is NOT “playing along” with all this, and she doesn’t like it, and she knows it isn’t true (which is a huge reason that she doesn’t like it).
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
