Robert, please post any Congressional Research Service pdf reports which you believe are relevant to ACES Connection.  I personally am very interested in subscribing to the e-newsletter you mention, if it is possible to also subscribe.  Thank you very much.

I had a strange thought, as I subscribe to an e-newsletter with pdf links to Congressional Research Service reports-which usually aren't available to anyone except "Members and Committees of Congress", even though our tax dollars pay for them (as we consider the "Federal Role" in an assortment of endeavors). If our ACEsConnection staff or members wish to avail our readers with relevant reports, I'd be happy to share my source.
