Black Mental Health & Healing Justice Training

BEAM is hosting our Black Mental Health & Healing Justice Training at the California Endowment August 9th & 10th. Erica and I are leading it.

It is a two day, mental health literacy and healing justice training for people working, living in and supporting Black communities.

The training equips participants with 101 knowledge of mental health issues, myths and challenges in Black communities and provides participants with tools and skills to offer healing and racial justice informed peer support.

Web registration is closed but have a few slots open if you know of folks who would be interested. it's 300.00 (including meals and training both days) but we can discount for folks too. Let me know if you know of folks who may be interested!
