For many, the long-term effects of grief have a cumulative impact on wellbeing. This interactive and experiential workshop will demonstrate practices including therapeutic meditation, guided imagery and relaxation techniques to regulate emotional status, reduce stress and improve sleep and mood. The workshop will also explore challenges associated with prolonged grief while emphasizing mind-body practices to cope.
