Buffering Isolation and Toxic Stress During the Pandemic

Join Western Youth Services for our monthly facilitated Peer-to-Peer discussion - December's topic is:

Buffering Isolation and Toxic Stress During the Pandemic
Wed 12.2.2020 - 9-11am PT

This month's discussion is on the interplay between toxic stress and isolation during the pandemic. We will review the impact of the pandemic on the mental health of our children and families, and discuss ways to prevent and treat exposure to toxic stress.

These facilitated Peer-to-Peer discussions are for those who want to dive deeper with small and large groups.

Our monthly 2 hour sessions cover action planning and strategic change surrounding best practices in trauma-informed care and the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on individuals and communities.

If you are a Medi-Cal provider or work with children and teens in any capacity, we would love for you to join us!

Please invite your colleagues too!
