Alberta Family Wellness's Professional Development & Training -- "Researchers, practitioners, and policy-makers who work with children and families need opportunities to enhance their skills, explore new ideas, and make professional connections. To provide these opportunities, the AFWI partners with leading experts and institutions across North America representing a range of disciplines and sectors. These partnerships work to develop educational tools, curricula, and training programs for Albertans working in the fields of child development, mental health, and addiction."

American Academy of Pediatrics's Professional Resources -- A collection of resources for professionals to keep up to date with healthcare developments, to adapt clinical practices to changing healthcare needs, and more.

Beyond Paper Tigers -- "Provide necessary training to professionals working directly with those affected by trauma.   CRI, the hosts of the Beyond Paper Tigers Conference, provides training courses, local and national conferences, training materials, curriculum and consulting all over the United States and around the world.   Our trainers equip professionals and caregivers with tools that help support each other, children, teens, families and communities overcome the harmful effects of adverse childhood trauma." Center for Youth Wellness Learning onDemand Courses -- "Developed by a team of pediatricians, research scientists, public health experts, and clinical quality improvement experts, these courses were designed to support providers and administrators nationwide seeking to transform their practices toward trauma-informed care. The courses also provide a great supplement to the State of California’s two-hour course that trains Medi-Cal providers on clinical protocols and payment for screening children and adults for ACEs."

Child Trauma Academy -- "CTA is a not-for-profit organization based in Houston, Texas working to improve the lives of high-risk children through direct service, research and education. We recognize the crucial importance of childhood experience in shaping the health of the individual, and ultimately, society. By creating biologically-informed child and family respectful practice, programs and policy, CTA seeks to help maltreated and traumatized children."

Continuing Education, NCTSN -- "This section of the NCTSN Learning Center provides free access to NCTSN experts and up-to-date, science-based information in the areas of assessment, treatment and services, training, research and evaluation, and organizational and systems change for traumatized children, adolescents, and their families. Continuing education credits are available for many courses in this expanding online catalog that has been developed for mental health professionals, parents and caregivers, policymakers, and others who work with and care about children and adolescents."

Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellowship/Postgraduate Certificate Program -- The Infant-Parent Mental Health Postgraduate Fellowship/Certificate Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston is a part-time post-graduate program consisting of 12 intensive, interactive three-day weekends, meeting every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) over the course of two years. ... Comprehensive training (over 260 hours of direct classroom learning) in infant and early childhood mental health (Birth to Six), research, theory, assessment, and interventions..."

MOC Part II – Foster Care – Self-Assessment -- This module from the Ohio AAP on Foster Care Assessment is for those who may not be familiar with the foster care system and how it works and the psychosocial outcomes of having an association with child welfare or actually being in foster care. 2 free Category 1 credits, 20 free MOC credits. 

Safe Environment for Every Kid (SEEK) -- "The mission of SEEK is to strengthen families, support parents and parenting, and thereby promote children's health, development and safety - and help prevent child abuse and neglect.... This website provides SEEK's background information, training videos and supplemental educational materials, practice tools, and opportunities for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Maintenance of Certification(MOC) parts 2 and 4 credits."
