Please join the 2019 kick-off session of the Strategies 2.0 Capitol Regional Learning Community on March 7. Barbara Stern and I (from Reslient Sacramento) were able to attend the swearing in ceremony for CA's first ever Surgeon General, Dr Nadine Burke Harris at the State Capitol in the Governor's Council Room. The ceremony was well attended by family and friends. Governor Newsom lauded Dr Harris as the right person to address the health of California to include early childhood adversity and toxic stress.
