Iowa Advances Children's Mental Health System

Last week, Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds signed HF 690 to establish a children's mental health system in our state. After decades of advocacy, the importance of this legislation cannot be overstated. While much more is needed, this is a major step forward for Iowa's children and their families and caregivers.
