Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?

Those of you who know me, know that I ADORE that lovable, furry old monster, Grover. Grover was a deeply comforting character for my family during a very stressful time and continues to serve as a positive symbol for a pretty rough chapter in our life story.

While Sesame Street has been supporting preschool learners and their families across the globe for generations, the resources it brings to the communities of this generation have been wonderful to watch grow and develop. From Julia, (who teaches about children who live with autism) to their newest neighbor, Karli (who lives in foster care), Sesame Street is creating the neighborhoods and communities that we should all strive be striving for.

Sesame Street in Communities offers a variety of resources for children, their families, and the providers who support them that address tough issues (like community violence and trauma) and encourage building the skills that can help families - and communities - become more resilient. Skills that will support future generations to build healthy, happy environments that allow "monsters" of all shapes, colors, and sizes to thrive.

Thank you to all of you Super Grovers who are willing to walk alongside families to find sunnier days!
