Hi Daun,

I would suggest contacting the Institute for Safe Families directly, because they are the one the research report was prepared for. The best email address I can find on their website appears to be: info@instituteforsafefamilies.org

The Research and Evaluation Group at Public Health Management Corporation may have the data itself, but I'm not sure if they can release it without approval from Safe Families. They might be a good second choice to contact if you can't get through to someone at Safe Families. Their Managing Director can be reached at lynne@phmc.org .
