Many leaders and administrators of small, non-profit, human-service organizations recognize the need for their "on-the-ground" employees to be trauma-aware, trauma-sensitive and trauma-competent (in those varying degrees, depending on what they actually do). A recent dialogue with some direct-service colleagues resulted in the question: What brief, accessible and inexpensive educational programs are available in Philadelphia to accomplish this for small non-profits with a significant turnover rate? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
