Love the post, Kate! As a longtime "builder" of IKEA furniture and a big talker about the need for trauma-informed tools for all sectors, you are spot on with you blog post! Good luck with your new job and hopefully there are resources on ACN that can help. And if you don't find them, reach out to the community and I bet someone has been struggling with something similar.
