Free 6-week webinar series: San Diego County Health CARES Initiative for Healthcare Providers and Staff

     San Diego County Health CARES is a new initiative that provides health care providers and staff an opportunity to learn about ways to respond and support victims and survivors of domestic violence in healthcare settings. This collaborative effort is supported by the Health and Human Services Agency, San Diego District Attorney’s Office, and San Diego Domestic Violence Council.  

     The webinar series will run from Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020 – Thursday Feb. 20, 2020. The dates, times, meeting topics, and presenters are listed below.

Note: Participants who attended the Oct 16, 2019 full-day training in Escondido are not recommended to attend Sessions 1-5. However, Session 6 on Feb 20, 2020 is strongly recommended for everyone to learn how to implement the Health CARES Initiative within your organization.
