Come learn about restorative practices and the importance of adopting a trauma-informed approach in restorative work!
Jill Covert, M.A. of the Restorative Justice Mediation Program (RJMP) will cover the foundational principles of restorative practices and share her experiences using these principles in the criminal justice system with both juveniles and adults.
Dan Stacy, Ph.D. of Circles 4 Change (C4C) and Project Rebound will share his expertise in using restorative trauma-informed practices in the community, schools and correctional institutions.
This informational workshop will be taught in an experiential manner using circle processes and role play.
