Better Beginnings, in partnership with First 5 Sonoma County, is proud to announce the launch of the My Navigator Program! A warm line designed to provide free resources and information to women and their families during pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and early parenthood during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The My Navigator Program also offers free Baby Weight Stations designed for mothers to come with their baby for a quick baby weight check, with locations in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park. The Baby Weight Station Volunteers are trained in breastfeeding support and referrals to better support parents during their visit.
Pregnancy is a special time full of excitement and anticipation. But for expecting mothers facing the outbreak of the coronavirus disease, fear, anxiety and uncertainty are clouding this otherwise happy time.
