We need your voice to help Sonoma County ACEs Connection! Would you like to deepen your role with our group? ALL voices are important and valued.

The goal is to have a core group that form the steering committee to ensure that the vision of SCAC is met, opens the doors for growth, and leverage opportunities to build sustainable relationships.

SCAC is a grassroots community coalition, a learning community, welcoming everyone who is interested in learning more about PACEs for themselves or their organizations, practices cultural humility and inclusivity, working at both the community and individual levels, strives to achieve consensus decision-making, and ensures leadership that demonstrates integrity, inclusiveness and sensitivity to all people, clear communication, transparency, and positive, strength-based leadership.
