By employing the contemplative movement practice of yoga through a trauma-sensitive lens, you will have the opportunity to observe your thoughts, feel your physical and emotional sensations and consider self-compassion as you invite yourself, from moment to moment, to begin again.
This “bottom-up” approach to healing, recovery, and wellness is an evidence-based practice that begins on the mat and can expand to every-day life beyond.
Each class session will focus on a particular core element that promotes healing, strengthens resiliency, and supports wellness.
