ACES treatment in Oklahoma City

Hi all. I have an ACES score of 5 and have sustained multiple losses in recent years including the early death of mom from Alzheimer's and brother last summer of alcoholism. I moved to Oklahoma City recently to care for my elderly father and the stress is killing me. I already have autoimmune issues and have struggled with depression for years. Can anyone suggest local resources for me? Would be VERY grateful.
