My colleague/friend is a full time professor for an online University (over 15 years experience). She was wondering if there’s been any work done (publications, research, concept papers) on becoming a trauma-informed community in an online environment.
The experience of trauma cuts across staff, faculty and students, and the rigors and requirements of today’s online higher educational environment provide little “slack” to accommodate process and individual attention.

Does anyone know of resources on this topic? Thanks so much!
