Check out Circle of Security and Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC). CoS is group-based and helps parents identify when their own childhood experiences is interfering with their parenting, and ABC is a 10-session home visiting program designed by Mary Dozier at the University of Delaware. Both are designed for parents with infants and toddlers, have good research evidence to support their use, and both require extensive training.
