Oh Hi again Kelley Holie
This is what I teach. It has many advantages. It can be taught in a 4 hour workshop. It can be done in schools and at home by adults and children in an hour. It is not a psychological treatment nor therapy. ( so any good presenter can be effective ) It is about changing habits of acting and reacting. Its best use would be with large groups once a week for an hour. It is suitable for a whole school to do the process and it is also good for kids sent to a safe room. It is very good for teachers who get second hand PTSD and gives then skills to see quickly what state and what process a child will need. The last advantage for large groups is it is free and effective. If 66% of a school or community has high ACEs scores then that is an overwhelming amount of facetime and money for one on one or even group therapy.
