Hi Elaine, we choose this assessment because it was created by one of the originators of TIC. Another reason is, frankly, my organization was unwilling at the time to purchase the only validated tool out there (TICOMETER). We hoped the tool would have touched other organizations allowing for more conversation; unfortunately this has not panned out yet. I looked at every tool under the sun and this one felt the most trauma and resilience sensitive. Hope this helps. Feel free to connect with me for more details.
