I suggest you reach out to Bessel van der Kolk MD. He's been trying to get CPTSD (or a similarly named dx) into the DSM since the 1990's. The process of changing the DSM is extremely political but one would hope that the acknowledgement in the ICD will move the needle in the US as well.
