Hi Teri, I'm so glad Joyelle referred me to this group. So many great resources! I'd love to be on your podcast. I'm the author of Living with the Dragon: Healing 15 000 days of abuse and shame and was recently interviewed by Joyelle. I live in Coquitlam, British Columbia and want to increase mental health awareness and ACE by sharing my lived experiences, whilst exploring the topics of shame and self-doubt. I've spoken across Canada and especially want men in particular to open up about their experiences. I specialize in understanding anger by sourcing the root of where anger comes from.
