Reply to "Trauma Informed Resources in Spanish"

Doty:  In early March, three videos were developed and posted on YouTube, showing how to reduce/eliminate anger and frustration (due to the onset of the Corona Virus and the changes required in response), fear and anxiety (due to all the unknowns due to C-19), and how to strengthen the immune system  Each YouTube video is about 7 minutes, with a clear "follow along" demonstration of carrying out a process called Thought Field Therapy. I was asked to translate this into Spanish, which I did, and these are also posted on YouTube. For those unfamiliar with Thought Field Therapy, it was developed in the '70's and for several years has been approved by SAMHSA as an evidence-based therapy,  One taps on the energy meridian points in a particular order for a particular problem (the sequences are unique for each mood/thought problem), resulting in felt relief from the distress. I use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) for work with trauma victims, those with depression, anxiety, anger, fear, nightmares, daymares, etc.  The Spanish Language version of the videos walks the viewer through the treatment, as does the English version. Many are doing these treatments daily (about 5 minutes per treatment).
