I've been meaning to get back to you. It's hard to know where to start but when you go in the Becoming Trauma Informed & Beyond Community, dig into the resources for download for some guidance as well as the blog posts.

Also, the Resources Center has A LOT of info. as well. Plus, there's A LOT of articles on this site, and blog posts. There's still nothing like talking to others like @Dawn Daum who are tackling this in the workplace and in a similar place/space.

If you have a more specific question you are likely to get more replies. It's a BIG and important question.

Also, do a search for Becoming a TI workplace (on this site, especially) and you will see how many others have asked this question and all the wonderful community wisdom. I hope that helps!
