If, and the strongest term going forward, that same school person acting as an agent for the community actually found ways to identify abuse in the home and develop counter measures.. Often, very often, the abused child is being abused by an abused parent when they were a child. Something can be done but not alone.. The topic of sex discussions relating to child is one of those topics that people do not like to talk about .. Where is the help if any that ACE could partner with the school? I have spoken to many officials locally and the usual pat on the head with the good boy praise and then .. go away!!
There is ample foundation money here in Chattanooga for just such an undertaking but for leadership. I have tried so many times to be heard..
