To our responsibility for change, then we just keep on doing the same thing as we have always done it. It doesn't matter how many different ways we mount a dead horse, we aren't going to create change. It was hard, but I had to look in the mirror and say that I was wrong, I needed to make a change. The results have surpassed my expectations. Compassion, caring relationships, and the willingness to listen and validate a person is a good start. Thanks for your response, Jim
