Dear Dr. Tinelli, This is a powerful piece of writing. Thank you for sharing. Dr. Felitti's work has been a great resource for me and it has changed the manner in which I work with kids. I am eternally grateful that I implemented the compassionate model and have been able to witness the powerful impact that it has on students that have struggled with ACE's in their lives. I had the honor of meeting Dr. Felitti and it was a privilege to have had the time to learn from him. Thanks for what you are doing to advocate and reach out to those that who are wounded.
