Hi,
I'm writing a master's dissertation about routine enquiry/screening for ACEs, and i'm sure I've read somewhere that attendance rates or consultation rates were reduced following implementation of a screening programme, but for the life of me i cannot find the reference. Does this ring a bell for anyone - does anyone have a reference for that information?

You can find it in Donna Jackson Nakazawa's book Childhood Disrupted. I've seen it included there. She may have written about it in articles as well. I'd do a google search or two with her name and see if you can find an online reference as well.
