I've been looking for the same information for a while, particularly with the adult population.  It seems medical settings are either not informed, choose to opt out due to time constraints, or feel this is something they can't impact.  Most physicians I've spoken to state "what then", meaning after they learn about TIC, what is the process or treatment.  Medical treatments work off of standard protocols with a step wise decision tree, and because TIC isn't that concrete they tend to shy away from implementing the education or creating a protocol.  Good luck, and if you receive a protocol if you could send it to me in a private message that would be great.  I'd hate to miss it. Thanks!
