Climate solutions event protocol and best trauma-informed care checklist?

I recently discovered that a climate solutions event I had my heart set on going to was full. This frustration nudged me to write up a protocol for climate event planning that has been on my mind's back burner for a while. For instance, I asked about video, given the urgency of culture change.

I'd welcome your thoughts. In particular, I linked to a placeholder trauma-informed checklist after mentioning Bob Doppelt's work, but am really curious what you suggest--for folks who may have never heard of the field yet are ready to boost their event planning game.
