Hi,

I noticed the same thing with the audio around the 1:30 mark, it got very loud and then faded, and then went to back to the usual level. I did feel a little jarred that the faces of some of the people were smiling/appeared happy with the Yes +1 overlayed. It looked like a few of them were originally holding something different that that was then edited on top of, which was a little bit concerning because it made me wonder if those people would have wanted their images in a video of this nature (unless you did get consent). I believe even if they are stock photos...it's disingenuous to edit a stock photo to depict something it wasn't intended for.

I also was hoping for just a smidge of acknowledgment of resilience or neuroplasticity...something that doesn't leave me feeling like this is just it for me if I have ACEs.

I think that it's useful in that it visually reflects the questions in a way that may help soften the blow vs. them just being on a piece of paper!

Melissa, your feedback was so very thoughtful. Thank you. Yes, these are stock video and images from a paid subscription account & I can see how it could come across as disingenuous.

The idea was to show that ACEs have many faces and get people familiar with the type of questions the quiz ask.

These are novice productions on a budget , so as we scale our voices, I will hopefully be able to afford a real production one day!!!!

Happy New Year To You
