Yes a good approach for trauma-informed suicide screening is found in the attached PP.  

Oregon has a Statewide Suicide Prevention Plan and a statewide task force set up to implement it.  I don't know much about it but Annette Marcus is staffing it.

Thank you for your interest & efforts to bring additional attention to youth suicide prevention.

Below is a link to an article commissioned by RWJ that highlights a community in Washington state that saw a decrease in youth suicide & suicide attempts of 98%.  I have successfully implemented this model in WA & continue to do so in other areas with Dr. Anda & Laura Porter.
